Protein Pancake

INGREDIENTS
190g egg whites
1 scoop protein powder of choice (~34g)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
spray oil
Optional toppings: zero calorie confectioners sugar, mixed berries
Serves 1
MACROS: 234 C, 45g P, 10g C, 2g F
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend the egg whites, protein powder and baking powder together until smooth.
2. Heat a large skillet with light spray oil over medium-low heat, and pour the pancake batter into the pan.
3. Cook for about 6 minutes and using a large spatula, flip and cook on the other side 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve with sugar free maple syrup or zero calorie confectioner's sugar.
